Doctor Skeleton (Teuis Pukay Fourme) is the 2nd and current Skele-Spookster of the Memevengers
Origin
While researching the lightning of 1930. Teuis accidentally recreated the same lightning strike, recreating the same effects as Skele-Spookster. Having always been fascinated with the memevengers. Teuis joined them as the new Skele-Spookster.
Career
After Skele-Spookster left the memevengers to redeem himself, Doctor Skeleton took up the open role.
